Return and Refund Policy

Firstly, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or +61 400128168 to communicate your issue.
Items are able to be returned for a refund or exchanged – provided they are clean and as new and within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. For items with dirt or signs of wear, a re-stocking fee will be deducted.
If a return/exchange/refund is required, please supply photos of the boots on the horse so that we can ascertain the best course of action. Goods returned without prior communication are not accepted for refunds. Please note that payment provider fees are not refundable- this fee is 1.75%+30c of the total of each purchase for all domestic cards, and 3.5%+30c for international cards.
Please make sure the hooves are well cleaned out with a wire brush and dried, and a towel placed on the ground to avoid marking the boots when taking photos. These can be emailed to email@example.com.
In the case of a material fault, please supply photos of the problem via email.
Customized products are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for refund or exchange.
